FION IN THE HOUSE is not responsible for the clothes with color difference, measurement difference, personal subjective or small blemishes. Please subject to the actual products themselves.....
Before buying please think carefully to avoid any unhappiness.
1.) All clothes in website are "pre-order" or "ready-stock" (Need to wait for 2-3 weeks to be reached).
2.) All the prices in website are fixed accept the promotion items.
3.) Pre-order clothes anytime will NO STOCK or something problem will caused to DELAY.
4.) There are no any changing order or cancel order after order submited and payment made or after received the goods. There are no any refund for those who cancel order.
5.) The pictures of the products on our website, the colors may look different due to different screens and sunlight, please subject to the actual products themselves!
6.) Full Payment must be made before pre-order closing date.
7.) There are no early inform for no stock clothes.
8.) No stock clothes will refund to your Maybank, Hong Leong Bank or RHB Bank. RM 2.00 will be deducted if transfer to others bank.
9.) No stock refund will add into your (Balance Account) for next time order using or leave us a message for money refund and provide your bank a/c (Maybank/RHB/Heong Leong Bank).
Exchange Policy:
(Promotion or Offer is Not Exchangeable)
Exchange is ALLOWED according to the below issue:
1. Large hole (with 5cm above) is accepted for exchange.
2. Stained color or smudge which cannot wash off (with 5cm above, except for clothes inner) is accepted for exchange.
Exchange is NOT ALLOWED according to the below issue:
1. Little hairball, small off-line stitches, small thrum, small hole, close up of button (able to cut off).
2. Stitch uneven, small stain (with not obviously, washable or not).
3. Measurement difference (Suppliers won’t have measurement issue).
4. Clothe is being altered or washed with color stain.
5. Color difference, damage of zipper, button drop off.
6. Personal perception (I don’t like after purchased)
7. Short of belt, accessories or button (we will replace for you)
8. Stock is discontinued, promotion or offer items.
**All items are mass production & directly distribute out from manufacturer, inevitably some stain or blemishes would happen. **
In order to request for exchange, please mail me with your name, item details with code, item problem issue & 1-2 close up photo shot with the flaw of clothe. We will proceed your request and submit to Taiwan seek for approval. All return items must be unused and packed with original packing & hanging label. Customer will be bound for all exchange cost.
Effective period for exchange is valid for FIVE (5) days from date of acknowledge delivery.
Exchange policy only applies for sold items that have been damaged due to mishandling from our part. Any damages caused during delivery are held beyond our responsibilities.
